Casey is an undergraduate from Wisconsin majoring in genetics and neurobiology. She is working on introducing a SNP in the promoter of GABA receptor B1 in leukemia cells and kidney cells for which she received the Genetics and Genomics Distinguished Research Fellowship. She also assists a PhD candidate with mouse model work. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, biking, and both playing and watching sports. Go Badgers!
